New patients
We welcome any new patients who wish to register with us either on the NHS or Privately for the whole family.
At your first appointment, we will:
- Ask you complete your medical history details to discuss.
- Carry out an assessment and examination which may include x-rays
- Explain and recommend Dental treatment if required
- Provide you with a written estimate of treatment costs involved
Please note that we offer FREE NHS Treatment for Children under 18 and patients who are exempt from paying. All other Adults would be seen on an NHS contract basis and/or Privately if so requested.
We ask all patients to complete a medical history questionnaire which helps the dentists and staff have all your current information before we can begin your dental treatment. please find below the medical history form to bring in:
